I would like to take a minute to express my satisfaction with Sam’s work! As an owner of an excavation company I see and hear about so many contractors. The sadly popular thing I hear the most is no one will show up. That’s not the case with Sam. He is an honest guy true to his word, if he tells you he is coming you can believe it! I had Sam repair some siding that a different contractor negligently installed. He also installed railing on my decks, and did soffit and fascia on two of my decks. He worked in the cold and poor weather, was great to communicate with and did wonderful work at more than a fair price. Will definitely use him again. Sincerely, Dan
